Our special guest speaker will be Joan Tonn, an academic and an author. While conducting research for writing the biography of Mary Follett for Yale University Press, Joan realized she knew more about her subject's family history than her own. She decided to utilize the same research methods used in writing her book to learn how her ethnic German ancestors might actually have lived.
Please join us for her presentation and a round table discussion called "Beyond Collecting Names, Dates, and Places."
