Our Guest Speaker is Blythe Stokes.

Topic is Find A Grave

Description:

Find A Grave is a robust and invaluable website for genealogical research. At this time there are 142 million grave site memorials with photographs. With the help of volunteers around the world, more and more grave sites are being discovered , photographed and place on Find A Grave. Each photograph taken and placed on Find A Grave gives you the ability to view grave sites without having to travel to it's location. I have family that range from Scotland to California. I don't even need to leave my desk chair to search for family member's grave sites. We will also learn how to utilize Find A Grave's many tools, from search tools to the setting up of virtual cemeteries. It is an amazing website and it's free!!! Yeah!!
